Euromoney completes disposal of its Global Markets Intelligence Division (CEIC and EMIS)

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC ("Euromoney"), the international business information and events group, announces that it has today completed the disposal of its Global Markets Intelligence Division, consisting of CEIC and EMIS, to a consortium led by the private equity arm of CITIC Capital Holdings Limited and Caixin Global, on the terms set out in its announcement of 12 February 2018.
