Disposal of shares and transfer to pension fund
The Company announces that on 13 March 2012, it was informed by Denis Mullan, Finance Director, that his wife Mrs Sheila J W Mullan disposed of 20,000 ordinary shares in Zytronic at a price of £2.87375 on 12 March 2012, which she transferred to Alliance Trust Savings Limited as an in-specie settlement of a pension contribution debt of £57,000 relating to her husband's pension fund.
Following this transaction, the beneficial interests of Denis Mullan, including those of his immediate family, remain at 147,109 ordinary shares, representing 1.0% of the total voting rights of the Company.
