Disposal of Investment Property
The Board is pleased to announce that it has successfully disposed of an investment property in Swinton, Manchester which generated a rental income of £96,000 per annum. The net cash proceeds of the sale are £1.3 million which the Company will add to the Group's existing cash resources. The sale will generate an exceptional profit of £290,000 in the period to 30 September 2008.
