Disposal of interest in Molectra

5 February 2009

Hydrodec announces that on 4 February 2009, it disposed of 30,000,000 participating shares of nil par value each in Molectra Group Limited ("Molectra") at a price of one pence per share. Following the disposal, the Company no longer has an interest in Molectra.
