Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC19 November 2007 ANNOUNCEMENT TO STOCK EXCHANGE GRAPHITE ENTERPRISE TRUST PLC 19 November 2007 Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC ("Graphite Enterprise" or the "Company") hasdisposed of its investment in Huntress Search for cash proceeds of £12.6million. The effect of this sale, taken in isolation, is to increase theCompany's net asset value per share by 6.1p. Graphite Enterprise backed the start-up of Huntress in June 2000. Led by chiefexecutive Gary Laurence, Huntress is one of the largest white collar recruitmentspecialists in the UK, providing permanent and temporary staff in three sectors. It has grown strongly, producing compound annual growth in revenue of over 40per cent in the past five years and now employs more than 300 people in 17offices.
