2 November 2005 GROUP 4 SECURICOR PLC DISPOSAL OF FALCK SECURITY B.V. - NETHERLANDS Group 4 Securicor, the international security solutions group, confirms thatthe sale of the manned security business of Falck Security B.V. to a subsidiaryof Facilicom Services Group has now been completed.
