Disposal of 16 Charles Street

Further to the announcement on 13 November 2017, C.H. Bailey Plc ("the Company" or "the Group"), the diverse group of businesses, with investments and operations around the world in Leisure, Property principally in Tanzania, South Africa and Malta and a UK engineering business, is pleased to announce conditions for the sale of 16 Charles Street, Malta for €1.725 million have been satisfied and accordingly the sale has completed.
