Sale of Schroders third party private equity adminstration business

Schroders is today announcing that it has signed an agreement to sell its third party private equity administration services businesses, operated by Schroder Administrative Services (Bermuda) Limited and Schroder Administrative Services (C.I.) Limited to J.P. Morgan International Finance Limited, subject to regulatory approval.

Based in Bermuda and Guernsey respectively, these entities are expected to have gross assets of approximately £1.3 million on completion of the transaction.
