Premier Farnell plc 10 April 2007 Disposal of BuckHickman InOne

Following the announcement made on 21 March 2007, Premier Farnell plc ("Premier Farnell") announces that it has now completed the sale of BuckHickman InOne to The BSS Group PLC for a total consideration, before costs of disposal, of approximately ‚£27 million (on a cash and debt free basis).
