Euromoney Institutional InvestorPLC01 March 2007 EUROMONEY INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR PLC Not for release before 11.00 hours London time on 1 March 2007 The Metropolis Group in talks to acquire Duty-Free News International and RavenFox Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC ("Euromoney") announced today that it is inexclusive discussions to sell Raven Fox, which includes Duty-Free NewsInternational ("DFNI"), a leading duty-free and luxury goods publishing andevents business, to the Metropolis Group ("Metropolis"). Metropolis owns Frontier magazine and the Frontier Awards which operate in thesame marketplace as DFNI. Euromoney and Metropolis expect to conclude theirdiscussions within two weeks.
