21 February 2014 DX to float on AIM from 27 February 2014 Candover Investments plc ("Candover") today announces that DX (Group) plc("DX") has successfully priced its initial public offering and the placing of200 million shares at 100p on AIM. On admission, DX is expected to have amarket capitalisation of £200 million. The flotation will result in a full exitfrom DX for Candover and the Candover 2005 Fund ("the 2005 Fund").
