Milestone Group PLC15 September 2006 For Immediate Release 15 September 2006 Milestone Group PLC DISPOSAL AIM listed Milestone Group PLC (the "Company") announces it has today completedthe disposal of Tri Media Publishing Limited. The full terms of the disposal areas per the announcement made to the London Stock Exchange by the Company on 29August 2006. Chief Executive, Andy Craig, said: "This transaction completes the process of disposing of Milestone's radio andpublishing operations which, in the current financial year, has successfullyraised £3.75 million in aggregate proceeds for the Company.
