SALE OF ABERDEEN SHOPPING CENTRE

Capital & Regional plc, the co-investing property asset manager, today announces that the Mall Fund has completed the sale of Aberdeen Shopping Centre to a client of Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP for a price of £47.4m reflecting a deemed initial yield of 7.9%.

The valuation of the centre at 31 December 2009 was £46.0m.

Capital & Regional has an interest of 16.7% in the Mall Fund
