Thisrepresents a further exit from traditional construction activities for AMEC.The value of the net assets disposed of was negligible. AMEC's growing South East Asian Oil and Gas business, which has its regionalheadquarters in Perth, Western Australia, is unaffected by this sale. This Oil& Gas business employs over 1,000 people working across the region for customerssuch as ConocoPhillips, BP, Shell, KNOC and Woodside.
