Partial disposal of Polymetal holding 

Ovoca announces that it has disposed of 3,750,000 shares in Polymetal which it received as part consideration for the disposal of CJSC Prospectors Artel Ayax in January 2009. The net proceeds from the sale was $21,562,500.
