Completion of Disposal of Spirits & Liqueurs Division
Dublin, London, 1 July 2010: C&C Group plc ('C&C' or the 'Group'), a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded beverages in Ireland and the UK, today announced the completion of the disposal of its Spirits & Liqueurs division to William Grant & Sons Holdings Ltd. for a cash consideration of €300 million.
