Dear Sir,

Dispatch of Dividend Warrants and Bonus Shares for the year 2009 as approved at the 51st Annual General Meeting of UBL held on 30 March 2010.

We are pleased to inform you that the Dividend Warrants of Physical and CDC Shareholders @ Rs.2.50 i.e. 25% per share and physical share certificates in respect of Bonus Shares in proportion to one share for every ten shares held i.e. 10% for the year ended 31 December 2009 have been dispatched to all our shareholders through registered post on 16 April 2010.

The Bonus Shares of CDC Account Holders have already been credited to their respective Accounts maintained at Central Depository Company of Pakistan on 14 April 2010.
