The Company confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2012 and the Notice calling the Annual General Meeting of the Company have been sent to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting of the Company has been called for 11am on Wednesday, 21 November 2012 and will be held at the Reform Club, 104 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5EW. A copy of the notice calling the Annual General Meeting has been sent to shareholders and is available on the Company's website.
