Report 37/2011: Dismissing complaint to the decision on dismissing petition for securing the claim

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") informs that the Bank received decision of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw of 16 September 2011 on dismissing complaint of the Bank's shareholder to the decision of the Circuit Court in Warsaw dated 30 May 2011 on dismissing petition of the Bank's shareholder for securing his claim to repeal resolution No 10 of the Bank Ordinary General Meeting of 19 April 2011, on distribution of net profit for 2010 by banning the Bank to pay dividend till the legally binding final of said proceeding.
