Report 2/2016: Dismissal the shareholder's appeal in the case for repealing the resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated April 23, 2008

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that by the verdict of 28 January 2016 the Appeal Court in Warsaw dismissed the appeal of the Bank's shareholder against the sentence of 15 July 2014 dismissing the shareholder claim for repealing the resolutions No 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32 and 33 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated April 23, 2008 concerning approval of the Management Board reports on the activity of the Bank and the Bank's Capital Group in 2007, approval of the financial statements of the Bank and the Bank's Capital Group for 2007, approval of the report on the activity of the Supervisory Board in 2007, vote of approval for the Members of the Management and Supervisory Board for 2007.

The aforementioned verdict is legally valid and final.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
