Dismissal the shareholder's appeal

Report 5/2018: Dismissal the shareholder's appeal in the case for declaration of invalidity or alternatively for repealing resolutions of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated April 19, 2011

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that by the sentence of 24 May 2018 the Appeal Court in Warsaw dismissed the appeal of the Bank's shareholder against the sentence of 20 December 2016 dismissing the shareholder claim: (i) for declaration of invalidity of resolutions No 1, No 6, No 10, No 23, No 24 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated 19 April 2011 on selection of the Chairman of the Bank's General Meeting, acceptance of the Bank's financial statement, division of net profit for 2010, granting the vote of approval for Members of the Bank's Management Board, or alternatively (ii) for repealing of the said resolutions of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated 19 April 2011.

The aforementioned sentence is legally valid.
