Report 12/2015: Dismissal the shareholder's appeal in the case for repealing the resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated May 4, 2006

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that by the verdict of 30 April 2015 the Appeal Court in Warsaw dismissed the appeal of the Bank's shareholder against the sentence of 28 February 2014 dismissing the shareholder claim for repealing the resolutions No 5 and No 7 - 8 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated May 4, 2006 on approval of the financial statement of the Bank for 2005, approval of the financial statement of the Bank Capital Group for 2005 and the distribution of the net profit of the Bank for 2005.

The aforementioned verdict is legally valid and final.

§ 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
