Report 3/2015: The dismissal of the shareholder's complaint

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") informs that the Bank received decision of the Supreme Court dated on 14 January 2015 dismissing the complaint of Bank's shareholder against the decision of the Appeal Court in Warsaw dated on 16 July 2014 rejecting the cassation appeal of the Bank's shareholder in proceeding for repealing the resolution No 12 of Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated April 28, 2010 on approving the Bank's Capital Group financial statement for 2009 .

The aforementioned decision is final and legally valid.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
