Report 10/2013: Dismissal of the motion on measure for conservation of a claim to overrule the resolutions No. 8 and No 24 of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated 19 April, 2011

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (the "Bank") informs the Bank received the decision of the Circuit Court in Warsaw dated on 26 February 2013 on dismissal of the Bank shareholder's motion on measure for conservation of a claim to repeal the resolutions No. 8 and No 24 of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated on 19 April 2011 on acceptance of the Bank's Capital Group consolidated financial statement for 2010 and granting the vote of approval for Member of the Bank's Management Board for 2010, through issuing the decision to ban to Bank pay the divided net profit for 2010 till the legally binding final of said proceeding.
