Report 34/2016: Dismissal of the claim to overrule the resolutions of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated June 1, 2012

Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that by verdict of 19 December 2016 the Circuit Court in Warsaw dismissed entirely the claim brought by the Bank's shareholder to overrule the resolutions No 6 - 7 and No 22 the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated 1 June 2012 on acceptance of the Bank's financial statement for 2011, Bank's Capital Group consolidated financial statement for 2011 and granting the vote of approval for Member of the Bank's Management Board for 2011.

The aforementioned verdict is not legally valid.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
