Report 23/2014: The dismissal of the claim to overrule the resolutions of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated April 19, 2011

Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on 3 November 2014, the Circuit Court in Warsaw issued the verdict in which dismissed entirely the claim brought by the Bank's shareholder to overrule the resolutions No 8 and No 24 the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting, dated 19 April 2011 on acceptance of the Bank's Capital Group consolidated financial statement for 2010 and granting the vote of approval for Member of the Bank's Management Board for 2010.

The aforementioned verdict is not legally valid.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
