Report 13/2010: dismissal of the claim to overrule the resolutions No. 5 and No 10 of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated April 23, 2008
Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that by judgment of 22 January 2010 the Circuit Court in Warsaw dismissed entirely the claim brought by the Bank's shareholder to overrule the resolutions No. 5 and No. 10 of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated April 23, 2008 on approving the Bank's financial statement for 2007 and distribution of net profit for 2007.
The aforementioned decision is not yet legally valid.
Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 6 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
