Report 24/2014: The dismissal of the claim to overrule the resolution No 11 of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated April 26, 2007

Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on 25 November 2014, the Circuit Court in Warsaw issued the verdict in which dismissed entirely the claim brought by the Bank's shareholder to overrule the resolution No 11 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated 26 April 2007 on granting the vote of approval for Member of the Bank's Management Board for 2006.

The aforementioned verdict is not legally valid.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
