Dismissal of the claim

Report 1/2012: Dismissal of the claim to overrule the resolution No. 10 of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated April 23, 2008.  

Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that by judgment of 11 January, 2012 the Circuit Court in Warsaw dismissed entirely the claim brought by the Bank's shareholder to overrule the resolution No 10 of Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated April 23, 2008 on distribution of Bank's net profit for 2007.

The aforementioned decision is not yet legally valid.

 Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
