Dismissal of the claim

UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that by the verdict of 26 April 2013 the Circuit Court in Warsaw dismissed entirely the claim brought by the Bank's shareholder to repeal the resolutions No 10 of Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated April 19, 2011 on the division of Bank net profit for 2010.

The aforementioned verdict is not yet legally valid.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
