Report 4/2014: Dismissal of the claim for repealing the resolutions No 4 - 8 and No 11 - 13

of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated May 4, 2006

The Management Board of the Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that by the verdict of 28 February 2014 the Circuit Court in Warsaw dismissed entirely the claim brought by the Bank's shareholder to repeal the resolutions No 4 - 8 and No 11 - 13 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated May 4, 2006 on:

(i) approval the Management Board's report on activity of the Bank in 2005,

(ii) approval of the financial statement of the Bank for 2005,

(iii) approval the Management Board's report on activity of the Bank Capital Group in 2005,

(iv) approval of the financial statement of the Bank Capital Group for 2005,

(v) the distribution of the net profit of the Bank for 2005,

(vi) approval the report of the Supervisory Board on its activity in 2005,

(vii) approval the performance of duties by Members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank in 2005, and

(viii) approval the performance of duties by Members of the Management Board of the Bank in 2005.

The aforementioned verdict is not yet legally valid.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
