Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs that today Supervisory Board dismissed Mr. Luigi Lovaglio from the position of the President of Management Board and from Management Board, effective as of 14th of June, 2017.

Resolution does not provide information on the reasons for dismissal.

Supervisory Board thanked Mr. Luigi Lovaglio for his contribution to the development of Bank Pekao S.A.
