Discontinuance proceeding to repeal resolution

Report 3/2011: Discontinuance of the proceeding to repeal the resolutions No 12, No 29 and No 44 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated 28 April 2010

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on 7 February 2011 District Court in Warsaw - resulting from the fact the plaintiff Bank's shareholder withdrew the lawsuit and renounced the claim - discontinued the proceeding initiated by the Bank's shareholder to repeal the resolutions No 12, No 29 and No 44 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated 28 April 2010 on acceptance of the Bank's Capital Group financial statement, granting the vote of approval for Member of the Bank's Management Board and change of the Bank's Statute, and adjudicated that the plaintiff shall pay the costs of the proceeding for the Bank .

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
