Disclosure under Rule 17 of the AIM Rules
LMS Capital plc ("the Company") has received the following notification from Jonathan Agnew, the Company's non-executive Chairman:
"In view of the announcement issued by the Financial Services Authority in its role as the UK Listing Authority on 9 January 2009 to the effect that directors' who have granted security over their shares should disclose this to the market as soon as possible, I advise that I have 39,479 LMS Capital ordinary shares of 10 pence each registered with the Corporation of Lloyds as part of the Funds at Lloyds which I provide as a name. These shares have been held by the Corporation of Lloyds since I acquired them on 23 June 2006."
