Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - ESG Rating

This is to inform you that, SES ESG Research Private Limited ('SES ESG'), vide its report dated August 11, 2025, has voluntarily assigned an ESG score (Adjusted) of 69.3 (Grade B) for 2025, to Tata Steel Limited ('Company').

Further, we wish to inform that, the Company has not engaged SES ESG for ESG Rating services and that SES ESG has independently prepared the report based on data pertaining to FY2024-25 and other publicly available information about the Company.

This disclosure is being made in terms of Regulation 30 and Regulation 51 read withSchedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
