Notification of Transactions by Directors or Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1).

On 1 April 2011, Diane Bridges, a connected person of Stuart Bridges, sold 8,500 shares in the Company at a price of 384.3p per share. On the same day, Stuart purchased 8,500 shares in the Company at a price of 384.3p per share.

The transactions took place in Bermuda.
