Disclosure Regarding Edita Confectionary Factory

In the course of the governmental inspection committees in connection with the sugar inventory in Egypt, an inspection committee has ceased the sugar stock of the Edita Confectionary Products Beni Suef Factory, at the factory site. This has resulted in lack of sugar supplies for the production process at this factory and accordingly production has been temporarily ceased until release of the sugar stock to enable resumption of the production process.

Edita is currently verifying the situation with the governmental bodies.
