("the Company")

DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Aviva plc and its subsidiaries ("Aviva") advising that Aviva, as a result of a transaction which took place on 22 May 2008, no longer has a notifiable interest in the voting rights in the Company.

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 3% at the direct interest level (the previous notification being 3.94% direct interest).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 27 May 2008.
