("the Company")

DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Schroders plc ("Schroders") advising that Schroders now holds, as a result of a transaction which took place on 23 May 2008, 51,060,933 voting rights in the Company, representing 5.82% of the voting rights in the Company.

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 5%.

 

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 27 May 2008.
