DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS
The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its group of companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 17 June 2008, 130,907,694 voting rights in the Company (representing 14.92% of the voting rights in the Company, of which 1.80% is direct and 13.12% indirect).
The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 15% in respect of the total holding (the previous notification of total holding being 15.37%, of which 1.83% was direct and 13.54% indirect).
The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was received on 19 June 2008.
