DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS
The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its group of companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 3 July 2008, 150,948,465 voting rights in the Company (representing 17.20% of the voting rights in the Company, of which 2.00% is direct and 15.20% indirect).
The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 17% in respect of the total holding (the previous notification being a total holding of 16.99%, of which 1.98% was direct and 15.01% indirect).
The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was received on
4 July 2008.
