DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS
The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its group of companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 25 June 2008, 142,121,870 voting rights in the Company (representing 16.20% of the voting rights in the Company, of which 1.91% is direct and 14.29% indirect).
The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 16% in respect of the total holding (the previous notification of total holding being 15.97%, of which 1.89% was direct and 14.08% indirect).
The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was received on
26 June 2008.
