This relates to interests in Ordinary Shares held by, as at the date of theAdmission Document, Mr. Graham Ross O'Dea and Mr. David Hamilton Ward both ofwhom are non-executive directors of Ezenet Limited: Name No. of shares % of issued capitalMr. Graham Ross O'Dea 333,333 0.45%Mr. David Hamilton Ward 140,000 0.19% The Ordinary Shares held by Mr. O'Dea and Mr. Ward were issued under the placingundertaken by the Company in July 2005 that raised £723,500 (before expenses).
