RSA Insurance Group plc announces that, in accordance with UK Listing Rules 9.2.6E, 14.3.11A and 17.3.9C, documents describing the rights attaching to the following listed securities are available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism (NSM):

· Ordinary shares (Articles of Association of the Company have been uploaded to the NSM)

· Preference Shares (listing particulars have been uploaded to the NSM)

· £350m of Senior 1.625% Notes due 2024 (prospectus already available on the NSM)

· £400m Fixed Rate Reset Guaranteed Subordinated Notes due 2045 (prospectus already available on the NSM)

· $500m of 8.95% Subordinated Guaranteed Bonds due 2029 (prospectus has been uploaded to the NSM)
