DISCLOSURE OF RIGHTS ATTACHED TO LISTED SECURITIES

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.2.6E (disclosure of rights attached to listed securities), Aviva plc has today uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") a copy of its Articles of Association, which set out the principal rights and restrictions attached to its ordinary and preference shares, and the final terms and the prospectus for each of its preference shares and external debt instruments.
