In accordance with Rule 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules, Games Workshop announces that Elaine O'Donnell, an independent non-executive director of the Company, will become an independent non-executive director of Findel plc with effect from 1 February 2018. Findel plc is quoted on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
