Gable received notification on 23 October 2008 pursuant to the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules that, as a result of recent purchases, Helium Special Situations Fund is now interested in 19,115,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 17.04 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
