Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") received notification on 13 September 2013 that with effect from 12 September 2013, City Developments Limited ("CDL") has a material indirect interest in 192,656,624 ordinary shares of 30p each in the Company, being approximately 59.349% of the issued share capital.
