In accordance with the company's Articles of Association, we are writing on behalf of Deutsche Bank AG to inform you that on the basis that the relevant issued share capital of the company is 62,292,810 ordinary shares, Deutsche Bank AG, and its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest in 5,664,000 shares of South African Property Oppurtunities Plc, amounting to 9.093% shares held.
