Disclosure of interests in shares - replacement

The following amendment has been made to the notification of disclosure of interests in shares announcement released on 3 November at 15:01 under RNS No 5709V.

The notifiable interest in shares should read 6,664,000 shares representing 10.698% of shares held and not 5,664,000 representing 9.093% as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged.

In accordance with the company's Articles of Association, we are writing on behalf of Deutsche Bank AG to inform you that on the basis that the relevant issued share capital of the company is 62,292,810 ordinary shares, Deutsche Bank AG, and its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest in 6,664,000 shares of South African Property Opportunities Plc, amounting to 10.698% shares held.
